- Facilitate cross-functional innovation workshops with engineering, product, and design teams
- Build strategic partnerships with research institutions and tech pioneers
- Present technology forecasts and recommendations to executive leadership
- Establish KPIs for tracking emerging technology maturity and market readiness
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D management, or innovation consulting
- Proven experience with emerging tech ecosystems (quantum, AI, Web3, biotech)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with tech focus
- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical information
- Executive-level communication and stakeholder management expertise
- Track record of launching at least two major technology initiatives
- Certification in technology foresight or innovation management preferred
