Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026 technology strategy aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams to integrate emerging technologies (quantum, AI, biotech) into product roadmaps
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify breakthrough technologies with 3-5 year commercialization potential
- Partner with R&D to prototype and validate future-facing solutions
- Present strategic insights to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Establish KPIs for technology adoption and ROI measurement
- Champion ethical innovation frameworks and responsible development practices
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product development, or innovation leadership
- Proven track record in emerging technology commercialization
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, generative AI, synthetic biology, or advanced materials
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to forecast technology convergence points
- Experience managing cross-functional teams across technical and business domains
- Strong presentation skills with ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Advanced degree in relevant field (MS/MBA/PhD preferred)
