Responsibilities
- Design and prototype quantum-resistant security frameworks for next-gen financial systems
- Architect neural interface integration protocols for human-AI symbiotic workflows
- Develop decentralized AI governance models for autonomous decision-making networks
- Create simulation environments for testing 6G infrastructure and satellite mesh networks
- Lead cross-functional sprints to validate biometric authentication systems
- Produce technical whitepapers on quantum machine learning optimization techniques
- Mentor junior engineers in ethical AI development and responsible innovation practices
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Computing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 10+ years experience in distributed systems architecture with 5+ years in emerging tech
- Published research in top-tier journals on quantum algorithms or neural interfaces
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Q#, Quil) and neuromorphic computing
- Deep understanding of blockchain consensus mechanisms and zero-knowledge proofs
- Experience leading technical teams through full product lifecycle from concept to deployment
- Certification in Quantum Computing Fundamentals (IBM Qiskit or Microsoft Quantum)
- Portfolio demonstrating at least 3 breakthrough implementations of future-tech solutions
