Qualifications

- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/Engineering preferred
- Published research in IEEE or ACM journals on emerging technologies
- Certification in Quantum Computing Architecture (QCA) or equivalent
- Experience with regulatory compliance for next-gen tech (NIST, ISO 20838)
- Portfolio of deployed systems processing >10M transactions/sec
