Responsibilities
- Architect the Future: Design and implement scalable, high-performance system architectures specifically tailored for the 2026 technology landscape, including AI integration and edge computing.
- Strategic Leadership: Lead cross-functional teams in defining the technical roadmap and ensuring alignment with business objectives for the 2026 initiative.
- R&D Leadership: Spearhead research and development efforts in emerging technologies, evaluating feasibility and ROI for experimental tools.
- Cloud Infrastructure: Optimize cloud environments (AWS/Azure) to support future scalability, security protocols, and disaster recovery strategies.
- Code Excellence: Establish and enforce high coding standards, conducting rigorous code reviews and architectural assessments to ensure robustness.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical concepts into clear insights for non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.
Qualifications
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software engineering, system architecture, or cloud infrastructure with a proven track record of leading large-scale projects.
- Tech Stack: Deep expertise in Python, Go, or Rust, with a strong understanding of microservices, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and serverless computing.
- AI/ML Integration: Demonstrated experience integrating Machine Learning models into production environments and understanding of AI ethics and governance.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to troubleshoot complex system issues and innovate solutions for undefined technical challenges.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to mentor and guide junior engineers.
