Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product innovation, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record launching disruptive technologies (AI/IoT/blockchain)
- Executive-level communication with ability to translate complex concepts
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business MBA required
- Deep expertise in emerging tech stacks (Python, TensorFlow, AWS/Azure)
