Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 technology roadmaps aligned with market forecasts and business objectives

- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive innovations and competitive threats
- Establish governance frameworks for ethical AI deployment and digital transformation
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Manage $5M+ innovation budgets and vendor partnerships for experimental technologies
- Mentor junior strategists in future-proofing methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with focus on 2020s+ trends
- Expertise in at least two emerging domains: quantum computing, AGI, neurotech, or climate tech
- Proven track record of scaling experimental technologies to enterprise level
- Certifications in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or equivalent advanced degree
- Experience with scenario planning tools and predictive analytics platforms
- Published thought leadership in tech ethics or innovation management
- Strong network of relationships with academic research institutions and tech labs
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders
