Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership
- Proven experience forecasting tech trends (2018-2025 track record required)
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, AR/VR, etc.)
- MBA or advanced degree in Computer Science/Engineering
- Published research in IEEE or Nature journals preferred
- Strong proficiency in scenario planning and disruption modeling
- Experience scaling innovation from concept to market
