Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive technology roadmap spanning 2026-2030, aligning with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional initiatives in quantum computing, AI ethics, and Web3 integration
- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging technologies (neuromorphic computing, synthetic biology, advanced robotics)
- Present strategic briefings to the board and executive leadership on technology disruption scenarios
- Establish innovation frameworks for rapid prototyping and pilot programs
- Manage relationships with technology incubators, venture capital firms, and academic research centers
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or executive innovation roles
- Proven track record of implementing future-focused technology initiatives
- Expertise in at least three emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, blockchain, biotech)
- Certified Futurist (CF) or similar foresight certification preferred
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with tech specialization
- Experience with scenario planning tools and technology impact assessment methodologies
