Responsibilities
- Lead technology forecasting and strategic planning for 2026+ market trends
- Develop and implement R&D roadmaps for emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Partner with C-suite executives to align innovation initiatives with business objectives
- Manage cross-functional teams of engineers, designers, and data scientists
- Conduct competitive analysis and patent landscape evaluations
- Secure and manage strategic partnerships with academic institutions and industry leaders
- Present technology strategies to stakeholders and investors
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D management, or innovation leadership
- Proven track record in emerging technology commercialization
- Expertise in at least two future-tech domains (AI, blockchain, AR/VR, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making experience
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Published research or patents in emerging technologies preferred
- Certification in technology management or innovation strategy (e.g., CDMP, CIPM)
