Responsibilities
- Architect Scalable Quantum Solutions: Design and implement fault-tolerant quantum computing architectures tailored for 2026 enterprise needs.
- Lead R&D Initiatives: Spearhead research into superconducting qubits and topological quantum computing to overcome current error rates.
- System Integration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate quantum processors with classical neural networks.
- Prototyping & Validation: Develop high-fidelity prototypes and rigorously validate their performance against theoretical benchmarks.
- Technical Mentorship: Mentor a team of brilliant engineers and researchers, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
Qualifications
- Advanced Degree: PhD or Masterβs degree in Physics, Computer Science, or Electrical Engineering with a focus on Quantum Mechanics.
- Technical Expertise: Extensive experience with quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, or Project Q).
- Industry Experience: 5+ years of experience in high-level systems architecture, preferably within the semiconductor or advanced computing sectors.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve complex, novel problems using abstract reasoning and technical rigor.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to translate complex quantum concepts for non-technical stakeholders and investors.
