Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their market implications through 2026
- Develop and implement 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with business growth targets
- Lead innovation sprints to prototype and validate next-gen solutions
- Present strategic frameworks to executive stakeholders and investor boards
- Partner with product teams to integrate futuristic capabilities into core offerings
- Monitor global tech policy shifts and their impact on strategic direction
- Build and mentor a high-performing innovation lab team
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Technology Strategy, Computer Science, or MBA with tech focus
- 8+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of launching commercialized tech innovations
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, blockchain, IoT, etc.)
- Executive-level communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with scenario planning and future-state modeling
- Published thought leadership in technology or business journals
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making framework
