- Architect comprehensive 2026+ technology strategy aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing and implementing innovative tech roadmaps
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (quantum computing, neural interfaces, etc.) for competitive advantage
- Present strategic insights to executive stakeholders and board members
- Establish KPIs and metrics for measuring technology adoption success
- Manage $5M+ innovation budgets and vendor partnerships
- Drive thought leadership through industry publications and conferences
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product development, or innovation leadership
- Proven track record of launching market-defining tech products/services
- Expertise in emerging technologies: AI/ML, blockchain, quantum computing, or biotech
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business (MBA preferred)
- Experience with scenario planning and future-state modeling
- Exceptional communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
