Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and develop 3-5 year strategic implementation plans
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and scaling futuristic solutions
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and tech startups for collaborative R&D
- Present technology roadmaps and innovation forecasts to executive stakeholders and investors
- Drive adoption of sustainable and ethical technology practices across all product lines
- Mentor technical teams in future-proofing skills and next-gen methodologies
- Monitor competitive landscape and regulatory shifts affecting emerging technologies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; advanced degree preferred
- 8+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or innovation management
- Proven track record of launching at least two disruptive tech products/services
- Expertise in AI/ML, blockchain, AR/VR, or quantum computing ecosystems
- Certification in technology foresight or innovation management (e.g., CFIP, CIP)
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to translate complex technical concepts
- Experience securing $5M+ in R&D funding or venture capital for tech initiatives
