- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions with 3-5 year impact horizons
- Analyze emerging tech trends to identify disruptive opportunities and competitive threats
- Present strategic recommendations to investors and board members with data-driven insights
- Manage innovation pipeline from concept to MVP with $5M+ annual R&D budget oversight
- Forge strategic partnerships with academia and industry leaders for future-tech acceleration
- Mentor junior strategists and foster a culture of experimental innovation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 3+ years in future-tech forecasting
- Proven track record launching products with 5+ year market impact
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains: AI, quantum, AR/VR, or synthetic biology
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Experience presenting to C-suite and executive boards
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in scenario modeling and trend analysis
