Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing 5-year technology roadmaps for quantum computing, AI ethics, and sustainable tech
- Analyze market disruptions and competitive landscapes to identify strategic innovation opportunities
- Drive adoption of emerging technologies (neuromorphic computing, synthetic biology) through pilot programs
- Present strategic insights to C-suite executives and venture partners with data-backed recommendations
- Establish KPIs for technology adoption and ROI tracking across innovation portfolios
- Curate partnerships with academic institutions and government innovation labs
- Mentor junior strategists in future-proofing methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ in emerging tech
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Proven track record scaling technologies from concept to market
- Deep expertise in AI/ML, quantum systems, or biotech convergence
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Technology Foresight
- Experience securing $1M+ innovation grants or investments
- Published research in IEEE Nature or equivalent tier journals
- Fluency in at least one programming language (Python preferred)
