Responsibilities
- Forecast technology trends and market disruptions through quantitative/qualitative analysis
- Develop 3-5 year strategic roadmaps integrating AI, quantum computing, and biotech
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and engineering teams
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Build partnerships with startups, VCs, and academic institutions
- Monitor regulatory impacts on emerging technologies
- Drive adoption of future-ready frameworks across organizational units
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or innovation leadership
- Proven track record in emerging technology commercialization
- Expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, AR/VR, or synthetic biology
- Certification in strategic foresight or technology assessment preferred
- Experience with scenario planning and risk modeling frameworks
- Strong proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
