Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with 2026 market forecasts
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions (quantum AI, neural interfaces, etc.)
- Analyze emerging tech trends to identify $1B+ market opportunities
- Forge strategic partnerships with Fortune 500 CTOs and academic research institutions
- Present disruption strategies to executive stakeholders and venture capital partners
- Manage $5M+ innovation budget with ROI-focused KPIs
Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in emerging technologies
- Proven track record launching products with 10M+ user bases
- Expertise in at least three of: quantum computing, synthetic biology, advanced AI, or decentralized systems
- Harvard/MIT/Stanford MBA or equivalent technical PhD required
- Published research in IEEE Nature or similar tier-1 journals
- Fluency in Mandarin, Spanish, or Arabic preferred
- Portfolio of 3+ successful tech disruption initiatives
