- Present strategic vision to C-suite and board of directors
- Drive innovation sprints with $10M annual R&D budget

Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic technology planning with Fortune 500 experience
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or Bioengineering
- Published research in Nature/Science on emerging technologies
- Proven track record scaling AI/quantum initiatives to $100M+ revenue
- Expertise in ethical AI frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST standards)
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum computing languages
- Global speaking engagements at Davos, CES, or similar forums
