Responsibilities
- Lead the strategic vision for emerging technologies, specifically focusing on AGI, Quantum Computing, and Spatial Computing by 2026.
- Conduct deep-dive market research and scenario planning to identify disruptive opportunities and threats.
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to translate high-level strategies into actionable technical roadmaps.
- Establish frameworks for ethical AI and responsible innovation to ensure sustainable growth.
- Represent the company at industry conferences and thought leadership forums.
- Mentor junior strategists and foster a culture of innovation within the R&D department.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in a senior leadership role within technology, strategy, or product development.
- Proven track record of forecasting and executing on long-term technology trends (e.g., AI, Blockchain, IoT).
- Advanced degree (MBA or MS in Computer Science/Engineering) preferred.
- Exceptional communication skills, capable of articulating complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience managing cross-functional teams across time zones.
- Demonstrated expertise in AI ethics and data governance.
