Responsibilities
- Develop and implement long-term technology roadmaps aligned with 2026 market trends
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and validating emerging technologies (quantum computing, biotech AI, etc.)
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research for emerging tech ecosystems
- Forge strategic partnerships with industry disruptors and research institutions
- Present technology strategies to investors, board members, and stakeholders
- Drive innovation culture through hackathons and technology incubation programs
- Ensure ethical and sustainable implementation of breakthrough technologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in emerging tech
- Proven track record in commercializing futuristic technologies
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, synthetic biology, or quantum encryption
- Executive-level presentation and stakeholder management skills
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Strategic Innovation Management
- Published research or patents in emerging technology domains
