In this position, you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify disruptive technologies, assess market readiness, and develop implementation frameworks that position InnovateNext as an industry pioneer. You'll analyze global tech trends, conduct competitive intelligence, and present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives while managing stakeholder expectations across diverse departments.
Responsibilities
- Architect 3-5 year technology roadmaps aligned with market evolution and organizational growth targets
- Lead horizon scanning for emerging technologies (quantum computing, advanced AI, spatial web) and assess commercial viability
- Develop go-to-market strategies for future-facing products and services
- Establish KPI frameworks for measuring innovation ROI and adoption rates
- Present strategic briefings to executive leadership and investor committees
- Manage innovation pipeline with stage-gate processes from concept to launch
- Build and lead a cross-functional Future Tech Task Force
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product innovation, or emerging tech roles
- Proven track record of launching future-focused products or services
- Expertise in technology forecasting frameworks (e.g., Gartner Hype Cycle, Delphi method)
- Deep understanding of emerging tech domains (Web3, AGI, neurotech, climate tech)
- Exceptional analytical skills with data-driven decision-making capabilities
- Strategic consulting background preferred (McKinsey, BCG, Deloitte, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Experience managing innovation budgets exceeding $5M annually
