Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026 technology strategy roadmap aligned with market trends and organizational goals
- Analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) for strategic implementation opportunities
- Lead cross-functional innovation initiatives spanning R&D, product development, and commercialization
- Establish KPIs and frameworks for evaluating future technology investments and ROI
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board members
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs to access cutting-edge research
- Mentor junior strategists and foster a culture of technological curiosity and experimentation
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 10+ years experience in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or corporate innovation
- Proven track record of developing and executing multi-year technology roadmaps
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies and their market applications
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical and market data
- Experience presenting to executive stakeholders and driving strategic consensus
- Strong network within Silicon Valley tech ecosystem and innovation communities
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Technology Foresight (e.g., CFTe) preferred
