Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in future-tech planning
- Proven track record scaling innovation in Fortune 500 or unicorn startups
- Deep expertise in at least three emerging tech domains (quantum/AI/robotics)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Strategic Innovation
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed tech journals
- Experience securing federal/state innovation grants and public funding
