- Establish KPIs and ROI frameworks for experimental technology initiatives
- Present strategic roadmaps to C-suite stakeholders and investors
- Drive partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators
- Manage $5M+ innovation budget with agile resource allocation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in future-tech planning
- Proven track record launching AI/quantum/sustainable tech products
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Deep knowledge of emerging tech trends (GenAI, quantum algorithms, neurotech)
- Experience scaling innovation from concept to commercialization
- Exceptional stakeholder management and executive communication skills
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
- Published thought leadership in tech journals or industry forums
