Responsibilities
- Develop 2026 technology roadmaps anticipating quantum computing, neural interfaces, and decentralized web3 paradigms
- Lead strategic partnerships with quantum research labs and AI ethics consortiums
- Architect sustainable tech frameworks aligning with UN SDGs for 2030 vision
- Conduct horizon scanning of emerging threats/opportunities in AI governance and biotech convergence
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and international technology councils
- Manage $50M+ innovation portfolio for 2026 technology pilots
- Mentor next-gen futurists in ethical technology stewardship
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ in emerging tech foresight
- Expertise in quantum computing, AI ethics, or sustainable tech systems
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed tech journals (e.g., Nature Technology)
- Proven track record of scaling tech initiatives from concept to global implementation
- PhD in Computer Science, Futures Studies, or related field preferred
- Certification in Technology Foresight (e.g., WFS Professional) required
- Experience with UN SDG tech integration frameworks
- Fluency in 3+ programming languages (Python, Rust, Q#) plus data modeling
