Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technological, societal, and economic trends to forecast 2026+ landscape disruptions
- Develop strategic roadmaps for next-gen innovation in AI, biotech, and sustainable systems
- Lead cross-functional 'Future Labs' to prototype breakthrough solutions with real-world applications
- Partner with C-suite executives to integrate foresight into corporate strategy and product development
- Author thought leadership publications and present at global innovation summits
- Build and cultivate an external network of futurists, academics, and industry disruptors
- Champion ethical innovation frameworks ensuring responsible deployment of transformative technologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Innovation, or related field; PhD preferred
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or emerging tech leadership
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-oriented roadmaps
- Deep expertise in at least three emerging domains: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or Web3
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario-planning capabilities
- Experience leading high-impact cross-functional teams in tech/consulting sectors
- Published thought leadership in innovation or futurism publications
- Strong presentation skills with experience addressing executive audiences
