- Lead cross-functional workshops to co-create future-state scenarios with executive stakeholders
- Produce high-impact trend reports and whitepapers published in industry journals
- Manage a $5M innovation portfolio with measurable ROI targets
- Represent the company at Davos, CES, and global futurist forums
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, innovation management, or futurist research
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or related field
- Published thought leadership in technology forecasting or strategic foresight
- Expertise in scenario planning methodologies and trend analysis frameworks
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (quantum, AGI, synthetic biology)
- Proven track record of scaling innovation initiatives in enterprise environments
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
