Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis for 2026+ technological disruptions
- Develop scenario-based strategic plans for market evolution and competitive positioning
- Lead cross-functional innovation workshops to prototype future-facing solutions
- Partner with R&D teams to prioritize emerging tech investments (quantum, AGI, climate tech)
- Author executive briefings and thought leadership on future workforce and economic shifts
- Establish KPI frameworks for measuring innovation maturity and future-readiness
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in corporate strategy, innovation consulting, or tech foresight roles
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI/ML, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Proven track record of translating future trends into commercial roadmaps
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario-planning methodologies
- Published thought leadership on future-of-work or industry disruption
- Experience with futures research tools (horizon scanning, Delphi methods, SWOT 2.0)
