- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints integrating AI, quantum computing, and biotech
- Design scenario-planning frameworks for disruptive market shifts
- Present executive-level strategic recommendations to C-suite leadership
- Manage $5M+ innovation portfolios with measurable ROI tracking
- Build and mentor a team of futurist researchers and technologists
- Publish industry-shaping thought leadership on emerging tech trends
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation or futurist consulting
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI/ML, blockchain, quantum)
- Proven track record of scaling disruptive solutions to enterprise level
- Advanced degree in Futurology, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., WFS, APF)
- Exceptional data modeling and scenario-planning capabilities
- Experience presenting to executive audiences across tech, finance, and healthcare
- Portfolio of implemented future-focused initiatives
