- Lead cross-functional workshops to embed foresight into corporate strategy and R&D pipelines
- Author white papers on ethical implications of emerging technologies for 2026 adoption
- Partner with venture capital arm to scout and evaluate future-focused startups
- Establish KPIs for tracking future-readiness across organizational functions
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging technology research
- Proven track record translating exponential tech trends into enterprise strategy
- Expertise in scenario planning and systems thinking methodologies
- Published work on future-of-work or human-machine collaboration paradigms
