Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain 2026+ strategic foresight frameworks using horizon scanning, trend analysis, and scenario modeling
- Lead cross-functional workshops to synthesize complex data into actionable innovation roadmaps
- Design future-proof business models and operational blueprints for emerging markets
- Partner with R&D teams to incubate breakthrough technologies aligned with long-term market shifts
- Deliver executive briefings and thought leadership presentations on future trends and implications
- Establish KPIs to measure innovation adoption and strategic alignment with 2026 milestones
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or corporate strategy roles
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and technology forecasting
- Strong portfolio demonstrating successful 5+ year strategic implementations
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Exceptional data storytelling and visualization capabilities
- Certified Futurist (CF) or similar designation preferred
