Responsibilities

- Develop 2026 strategic frameworks through scenario planning and systems modeling
- Translate complex futures research into executable business roadmaps
- Facilitate cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D and product teams
- Author quarterly futures intelligence briefs for executive stakeholders
- Build and maintain an expert network of futurists and technologists
- Champion ethical innovation principles in long-term strategy development
- Mentor junior strategists in foresight methodologies and critical analysis
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven expertise in technology convergence analysis and exponential trend modeling
- Deep knowledge of AI ethics, quantum computing, and climate tech trajectories
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario planning capabilities
- Experience publishing futures research in peer-reviewed journals
- Portfolio demonstrating 5+ successful strategic initiatives based on foresight
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Delphi method, causal layered analysis)
