Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, biotech, quantum computing) to forecast market shifts through 2026
- Develop strategic roadmaps integrating disruptive innovations into product pipelines
- Lead cross-functional workshops to ideate and prototype future-forward solutions
- Present foresight insights to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Build partnerships with research institutions and industry pioneers
- Monitor global innovation ecosystems and competitive intelligence
- Author thought leadership publications on future technology trajectories
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- 7+ years in strategic innovation or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies
- Expertise in scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI/ML, synthetic biology, etc.)
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive-level audiences
- Certification in Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating published future-focused research
