Responsibilities
- Analyze global tech trends, socioeconomic shifts, and disruptive innovations to develop 3-5 year strategic foresight frameworks
- Architect innovation roadmaps for emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) aligned with 2026 market projections
- Lead scenario planning workshops with executive stakeholders to prepare for alternative futures
- Establish strategic partnerships with research institutions, startups, and industry disruptors
- Translate complex foresight into actionable business strategies and product development pipelines
- Present future outlooks to investors, board members, and public forums
- Mentor innovation teams in future-proofing methodologies and trend analysis
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Strategy, Innovation Management, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology leadership
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-oriented business strategies
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, Web3, biotech, climate tech)
- Exceptional scenario planning and trend analysis capabilities
- Strong executive communication with ability to articulate complex futures narratives
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Innovation Strategy (preferred)
- Published thought leadership on technological disruption or future trends
