- Develop and maintain 2026+ technology foresight frameworks through horizon scanning, trend analysis, and scenario planning
- Architect innovation roadmaps aligning emerging tech (AGI, synthetic biology, quantum encryption) with business objectives
- Lead cross-functional workshops to future-proof product development pipelines
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic labs and emerging tech startups
- Deliver executive briefings on disruptive market shifts and competitive threats
- Design ethical governance frameworks for high-impact technologies
- Quantify future market opportunities through predictive modeling
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, R&D, or emerging technology roles
- Proven expertise in horizon scanning methodologies (e.g., Delphi, STEEP analysis)
- Deep technical understanding of AI, biotech, and quantum computing trajectories
- Exceptional storytelling skills for communicating complex futures to stakeholders
- Published thought leadership in innovation or futurism domains
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFIP) or equivalent
