Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify emerging technologies with transformative potential
- Develop and maintain the 2026 technology innovation roadmap with quantifiable impact metrics
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future technology priorities
- Conduct competitive analysis and scenario planning for next-generation market disruptions
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board members
- Establish KPIs to track innovation pipeline maturity and ROI
- Represent the company at industry conferences and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or corporate R&D leadership
- Proven track record of translating future trends into commercial opportunities
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, blockchain, quantum, biotech)
- Exceptional analytical and systems thinking abilities
- Strong executive communication and presentation skills
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFPS, CFS)
- Published thought leadership on technology trends or innovation strategy
