Responsibilities
- Analyze global tech trends and socioeconomic shifts to identify high-impact innovation opportunities for 2026+
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive future forecasting framework using predictive modeling and scenario planning
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight insights into actionable R&D priorities
- Author thought leadership publications on emerging technologies and their industry implications
- Partner with product teams to integrate future-ready capabilities into our innovation pipeline
- Build and maintain a network of futurists, academics, and industry disruptors
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of translating future insights into commercial innovations
- Deep expertise in at least three emerging tech domains (AI, biotech, quantum, AR/VR)
- Exceptional storytelling skills with experience presenting to C-suite audiences
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFS, Foresight Practitioner)
