Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into product roadmaps and business strategies
- Establish horizon-scanning frameworks using AI-driven analytics and scenario planning methodologies
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and board committees
- Build and maintain an ecosystem of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Quantify market opportunities and risks associated with emerging technologies
- Drive organizational adoption of future-proofing principles across departments
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology planning
- Proven track record translating trend analysis into commercial outcomes
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and strategic foresight methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Certification in futures thinking (e.g., CFTR, APF) or equivalent practical expertise
