- Design innovation roadmaps for Fortune 500 clients in tech, healthcare, and sustainable infrastructure
- Lead cross-functional workshops to embed future-readiness into corporate DNA
- Publish thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals and industry whitepapers
- Mentor a team of futurists and data scientists in cutting-edge methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or equivalent field with 8+ years experience
- Proven track record of developing successful innovation strategies for 2020+ market shifts
- Expertise in systems thinking, scenario planning, and trend analysis frameworks
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Delphi method, horizon scanning, causal layered analysis)
- Published work in peer-reviewed foresight journals or industry thought leadership
- Experience advising Fortune 500 executives on disruptive technology adoption
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from University of Houston or foresight academy)
