Responsibilities
- Develop and publish annual 'Horizon 2026' technology trend reports
- Design innovation roadmaps for emerging tech (quantum computing, AI ethics, neuro interfaces)
- Lead moonshot projects with R&D teams to validate future-proof solutions
- Facilitate executive workshops on disruption preparedness and scenario planning
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and future-focused startups
- Establish KPIs for innovation portfolio success and ROI tracking
Qualifications
- 8+ years in innovation strategy, futurism, or emerging tech roles
- Proven track record of launching future-oriented products/services
- Expertise in exponential technology forecasting (Singularity University certification preferred)
- Deep knowledge of societal trends impacting 2026 workforce/industries
- Exceptional data visualization and scenario modeling skills
- Experience advising C-suite on disruption and adaptation strategies
- Published thought leadership in tech forespace (whitepapers, keynotes)
