Responsibilities
- Develop 2026+ technology roadmaps for quantum computing, synthetic biology, and AI governance
- Lead scenario planning workshops with executive teams to identify disruption opportunities
- Partner with MIT Media Lab and Singularity University on emerging trend analysis
- Design ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and neuro-interfaces
- Present strategic foresight reports to Board of Directors and investor consortiums
- Mentor cross-functional teams in futures-thinking methodologies
- Author white papers published in journals like Future Studies Review
Qualifications
- 10+ years in innovation strategy, futures research, or tech foresight
- Proven track record influencing C-suite decisions with data-driven scenarios
- Expertise in exponential technologies (quantum, biotech, AGI)
- Published thought leader with 50+ citations in academic or industry publications
- Experience with Delphi methodology and horizon scanning techniques
- PhD in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent demonstrable expertise
- Fluency in at least one major forecasting software (e.g., Palisade @RISK, Vensim)
