Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 3-5 year strategic innovation roadmaps aligned with 2026 technological inflection points
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis across AI, biotech, quantum computing, and sustainable tech sectors
- Design and facilitate high-impact innovation workshops with executive leadership teams
- Establish KPI frameworks for measuring innovation ROI and technology adoption readiness
- Manage a $15M innovation portfolio with focus on moonshot projects and venture incubation
- Present strategic foresight briefings to Board of Directors and key industry partners
- Mentor a team of futurists and innovation specialists to build organizational foresight capabilities
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 10+ years experience in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of launching successful tech ventures or market-shaping initiatives
- Expertise in scenario planning, technology roadmapping, and disruption analysis frameworks
- Deep understanding of emerging tech ecosystems (Web3, AGI, climate tech)
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive-level stakeholder influence
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation journals
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Delphi method, causal layered analysis)
