- Collaborate with C-suite executives to embed future-proofing into corporate DNA
- Author forward-looking white papers and scenario-planning frameworks
- Drive cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, policy, and ethics teams
- Represent the company at Davos-style global foresight forums
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or equivalent interdisciplinary field
- 5+ years in strategic foresight or innovation leadership at Fortune 500 level
- Expertise in exponential technology forecasting (blockchain, neurotech, climate AI)
- Proven track record of translating foresight into actionable business strategy
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed futurist journals
- Proficiency in strategic foresight tools (horizon scanning, Delphi method, scenario modeling)
- Global network of futurist and academic connections
