- Quantify strategic risks and opportunities through scenario modeling and predictive analytics
- Partner with C-suite to embed future-readiness into corporate strategy and culture
- Present insights to executive boards and industry forums to shape industry discourse
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futurology, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years experience in strategic foresight, R&D leadership, or innovation consulting
- Portfolio demonstrating trend analysis for 5+ year horizons with measurable impact
- Mastery of foresight methodologies (Delphi, horizon scanning, backcasting)
- Expertise in exponential technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, neurotech)
- Proven ability to translate complex futures into actionable business strategies
- Exceptional communication skills for influencing diverse stakeholders
