Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (AI ethics, biotech convergence, climate tech) to inform 5-year strategic planning
- Develop scenario-based roadmaps for quantum computing integration and decentralized systems
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align departments on future-proof innovation initiatives
- Produce high-impact trend reports and predictive models for executive decision-making
- Partner with R&D to prototype next-gen solutions in our 2026 innovation lab
- Represent Horizon Dynamics at global futurist forums and thought leadership platforms
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or equivalent field with 7+ years experience
- Proven track record of translating trend analysis into enterprise-level strategy
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (quantum, synthetic biology, AGI governance)
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed foresight journals or industry publications
