Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (AI, biotech, climate tech, etc.) to create 5-year strategic foresight frameworks
- Develop innovation roadmaps with quantifiable ROI projections for 2026 market readiness
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-state scenarios
- Partner with R&D to prototype disruptive solutions addressing 2026 societal challenges
- Author executive briefings and trend reports for board-level decision-making
- Mentor innovation teams in futures-thinking methodologies and scenario planning
- Monitor emerging tech ecosystems and competitive disruption vectors
Qualifications
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or future studies
- Proven track record of translating trend analysis into commercial innovation
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and systems thinking
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Business Strategy, or related field
- Deep knowledge of 2026-relevant domains: quantum computing, synthetic biology, neurotech
- Exceptional communication skills for complex technical storytelling
- Experience leading cross-geographic innovation initiatives
- Certification in Futures Methodologies (e.g., CFCS preferred)
