- Collaborate with R&D to prototype solutions for anticipated societal shifts
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
- Present future outlooks to C-suite and board members quarterly
- Mentor junior futurists and build foresight capabilities across departments
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Planning, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, trend analysis, or innovation consulting
- Proven track record of developing actionable future scenarios for Fortune 500 clients
- Expertise in AI, biotech, climate tech, or quantum computing forecasting
- Exceptional data visualization and storytelling capabilities
- Published thought leadership in futurist or strategy publications
- Experience with horizon scanning methodologies and Delphi techniques
- Strong project management with complex multi-stakeholder initiatives
