Responsibilities
- Develop and execute multi-year strategic vision for 2026+ product ecosystems
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and market disruptors
- Lead scenario-planning workshops with executive stakeholders
- Design innovation frameworks for sustainable growth and competitive advantage
- Partner with R&D to translate foresight into tangible R&D roadmaps
- Present strategic recommendations to board members and investors
- Establish KPIs to track future-readiness and innovation ROI
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futurism, Strategy, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning or innovation leadership
- Proven track record of forecasting tech disruptions with 90%+ accuracy
- Expertise in scenario modeling and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal impacts
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive audiences
- Certification in Foresight or Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFM, CFS)
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful future-shaping initiatives
