Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies, socioeconomic shifts, and cultural paradigms to identify disruptive opportunities through 2026+
- Develop future scenario frameworks and strategic roadmaps for C-suite executives across Fortune 500 clients
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives using proprietary foresight methodologies and AI-driven trend analysis
- Conduct executive workshops and stakeholder engagements to embed future literacy into organizational DNA
- Author thought leadership publications and white papers on emerging innovation ecosystems
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype future-facing solutions and validate strategic hypotheses
- Mentor junior strategists in futures thinking methodologies and strategic foresight practices
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategy consulting, innovation, or corporate futurism with Fortune 500 exposure
- Proven expertise in trend forecasting, scenario planning, and systemic risk analysis
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing, etc.)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts for executive audiences
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy (articles, books, reports)
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., horizon scanning, Delphi method, causal layered analysis)
- Portfolio demonstrating future-strategy projects with measurable impact
